The Power Woman Experience Foundation’s career conference and award program spotlights trailblazers and women’s empowerment
Event is an uplifting celebration of creativity, community, and connection.
Storytelling, networking, career guidance and women’s empowerment are some of the powerful topics that will be explored at The Power Woman Experience Foundation’s Power Woman Experience Conference, on Saturday, August 17, 2024, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. EST. at the Embassy Suites, 654 College Ave, in Newark, DE.
The conference will take a deep dive into professional strategies covering leadership, career guidance-advancement, business and nonprofit development, real estate, style and personal branding.
Six inspiring difference-makers will share their stories of triumph and transformation in this celebration of creativity, community and connection. It is a pinnacle event recognizing influential and enterprising career women in the Delaware Valley and around the world. The distinguished group of speakers and panelists will include: LaQuanda McCoullum, Worth Advocate & author; Jocelyn Van Coney, Founder of Van Coney Business Strategies; Jackie Hudgins, Director of Accountability at Tuscaloosa County Schools; Kejuana Lilly, Commercial Leader, KML Resource Group; Cecilia Stoeckicht, Style Consultant & Founder of Image Atelier; Judy McMurtry, CEO/Presents of JM Excel Consultants, and Seun Akinlotan, Founder of Convener & President of The Power Woman Experience Foundation.
The event is an expression of resilience, empowerment, and the transformative power of women, explained Akinlotan, organizer of The Power Woman Experience Foundation, a nonprofit that advances the lives of women.

This year’s conference theme is "BLOOM," focusing on the work of inspiring women who, against all odds, have blossomed into remarkable leaders, community champions and entrepreneurial trailblazers. It highlights shared stories of struggles and success. This networking event will be a transformative journey established by The Power Woman Experience Organizing Committee.
The Power Woman Experience Conference is multicultural regional and global event that has an ever-expanding audience of upwardly mobile women from around the globe. Learn, connect, collaborate, and make meaningful relationships that inspire and will be the steppingstones to success.
On Friday, August 16, there will be a Pre-Experience Dinner, from 6 pm. to 8 p.m. EST. It includes a red-carpet walk of photo opportunities, interviews and connecting with she conference speakers.
Individual tickets are $60. On Saturday, August 17, the main event, the Bloom Conference, will be 11a.m. to 4 p.m. EST. Tickets are $60 for each event, $100 if attendees purchase for both days. Registration at: bit.ly/pwe24.
